Appointments/Cancellations
Please help us serve you better by keeping your regularly scheduled appointment. Our most important concern is your vision. You are being seen here for a retinal problem. Many of these conditions can progress without obvious symptoms or change in vision. Periodic monitoring of your condition is essential to minimize your risk for vision loss so it is imperative that you see us. We understand that scheduling changes do occur, but we ask that you kindly give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule.
Payment Options
We accept VISA, Mastercard, debit or cheque for payment.
If your account is over 90 days past due, your account may be sent to our collection agency for review and follow up.
